Ms. Holland is a licensed attorney who received her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Northern Arizona University.
Since 1997, Ms. Holland has practiced law in both California and Colorado. She also has extensive experience in helping manage her family’s commercial and residential real estate holdings.
Prior to joining Compass, Ms. Holland worked as a registered investment advisor compliance consultant and as general counsel for a start-up technology firm. Ms. Holland also spends substantial time serving on and advising both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including a large regional Registered Investment Advisor firm, a Douglas County charter school and a Denver contemporary dance company.
Approach: Ms. Holland has a passion for real estate because it is what elevated her immigrant family out of hardship. She believes that everyone can develop the same passion if educated about the power and opportunities imbedded in buying, selling, and holding real estate. As a result, Ms. Holland believes the practice of real estate isn’t just made up of business transactions, but a series of decisions that reflect ones values and beliefs—Ms. Holland’s job is to ensure that those are not lost in the transaction.
In her spare time, Ms. Holland enjoys travelling, reading, “creating” and spending time with her husband and three teen-aged children.
